Syndicate announces nine-member rookie class

PrintFORT WORTH, Texas – The Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate (FWSSS) has officially announced its 2015-16 rookie class. The nine men will join the 100-plus current members of the organization, which has raised more than $46 million for youth exhibitors at the Fort Worth Stock Show since its founding in 1980.

This year’s rookie members include Ryan Dickerson, Alan Garcia, Ryan Haggerty, Lewis Hall Jr., Richard Hall, Adam Love, Brian Lynch, J.A. “Jammer” Moncrief and Frank Testa.

“We are excited to welcome these men to our organization,” FWSSS Chairman Blair Norman said. “Each of them represents all of the virtues that the Syndicate stands for and they will be tremendous additions to our group for years to come.”

New members of the FWSSS are selected annually by the current membership, which seeks out community leaders committed to philanthropic endeavors and the mission of the Syndicate.

At the 2015 Junior Sale of Champions, the sale raised in excess of $3.7 million, a new record. Over the past two auctions, more than $7 million was raised for youth exhibitors.

Over the past 35 years, the Syndicate has also provided over $1 million in scholarships for 4-H and FFA members, while helping more than 8,000 kids pursue their agricultural goals.

The 2016 Sale of Champions will take place on Saturday, Feb. 6.
